What is happening is a lack of small meals during the day is throwing your hormones out of balance. Too much insulin in your blood stream from constant bouts of low and then high blood sugar is causing your symptoms mentioned earlier. This process starts many Americans on the path to diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and high blood pressure. Who would have though it was all causes when you skipped breakfast?
Most Americans from not poor diet choices, but poor diet habits are living everyday with their hormones out of balance. What I mean by poor diet habits instead of poor diet choices is that most people may think they eat too much fast food or not enough vegetables, though it is the simple act not eating small meals throughout the day that causes the hormonal imbalances.

1. Eat a higher amount of whole foods that have not been processed like fruits, vegetables, beans, fish, chicken, and eggs.
2. Remove trans fats from your diet. There is no health benefit to any trans fats in your diet.
3. Eat more organic foods which don't use pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones.
4. Avoid high sugar foods.
5. Eat breakfast. If you are not in the habit; start with something. Just drinking coffee doesn't count for eating breakfast.
6. Eat 5 small meals during the day or every 2-3 hours.

When you embark on balancing your hormones remember it is a lifestyle not a 90 day plan. The goal is that every action you take is an action that you can add to your life that you can continue. Any solution that is short term typically only causes more problems or at least different problems.

Why does concentrated lemon destroy my symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, and loss of coordination from smoking?
I’ve been smoking cigarettes for about a year now and without fail smoking a cigarette will cause eye droopiness, poor coordination, slower reaction time, fatigue, sleepiness. A few times i’ve lost all muscle control and fell down, unable to move.
However if i eat something extremely acidic like a salt/lemon powder or pure lemon juice its as if the effects were immidieately counteracted.
Why is this?

It might because it so sour it gives your body a shock. And ifthe other stuff is an alcali the acid will counter react it.

Ok i have three symptoms, fatigue,dull lower mid back ache, and urgency to pee What can they be related to?
In addition to this i have a had more acne than normal. I usually get al lease 1or 2 pimples, when that time of the month comes but I have had worse this month.I am taking a diuretic so that can be whats causing the urinal urgency. What do you think?

How can I get rid of fatigue symptoms while I am on my menstrual?
Weakness, lack of energy, tiredness, exhaustion
Passing out or feeling as if you are going to pass out
Palpitations (feeling your heart beating)
Dizziness
Vertigo
Shortness of breath

Food allergey – How to resolve symptoms like fatigue, foggy head?
I think I might be allergic to corn because I never eat it at all (I pay attention to my diet very much and I know what is in everything i eat). I started eating it about a week ago and I think I might be allergic.
How to resolve these symptoms of fatigue/foggy head. Is there some medicine I can take or wait until it goes away?

Sudafed helps me; I have some pretty severe allergies and I know what the fatigue and foggy head feel like. Food and medicines can take awhile to get out of your system so I would take it easy for a few days. I had a severe allergic reaction to Prozac for anxiety and it took five days for it to leave my body. But take some sudafed, pop in a good movie, and relax until you feel better.

series of nonspecific symptoms fatigue nausea swollen gland?
I have been experiencing a series of nonspecific symptoms off and on for a few months. The most bothersome of these symptoms is the extreme fatigue and the nausea. Also I have had swollen glands in my neck they have gone away but now have a swollen gland in my groin. In addition, I have diaherra but I’m constipated, and I’m always nauseated.
I saw a doctor and she tested me for anemia and sent me on my way…she really had no idea what she was doing, and she knew this. She refered me to a sports med doctor since I am a cross country runner and I came in due to these symptoms affecting my running.
any ideas as to what this is…

Have you lost weight because of the nausea? Swollen glands usually means something is wrong in the lymph system. Diarrhea and constipation intermittently?
These symptoms almost sound like irritable bowel syndrome. However, the swollen glands in the neck or the groin, nausea and extreme fatigue might be symptoms of cancer.
My recommendation is to see a very good gastroenterologist. If it is IBS, they can diagnose. If it is a cancer, they will suggest further tests or to see a specialist.
In the web page below, they say that symptoms of lumps in the neck, armpit or groin, fatigue, weight loss, night sweats, and fever are possible symptoms of lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease or tuberculosis.
Please see another doctor. And realize that not everyone knows everything. Keep searching until you get the answer.
